7-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The product arrives damaged or defective.
- You receive the wrong item.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
To be eligible, the item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition.
- Returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
- Items returned without original packaging.
- Products showing signs of use.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Change-of-mind purchases (unless specifically mentioned during a promotional campaign).
Exchanges
We will gladly replace products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your returned product is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
